The personality of candidates is at least as important as their qualifications and experience. This statement is the reason that Haywood interviews are extensive, intensive and take about two hours. The candidate will be extensively compared with the ‘ideal’ job profile to see if he/she fits not only the ‘hard’ criteria but also the ‘soft’ criteria formulated by the client in co-operation with Haywood.

The interview takes place at the office of Haywood. A report of the interview will be given to the client after mutual agreement between Haywood and the candidate and together with the candidates own resume send to the client. Because of this thorough analyses Haywood is capable to introduce a maximum of three candidates per assignment to be successful. This approach gives the client the true feeling of partnership.
